优 惠 政 策
1、凡来我县投资新办的外来投资企业(除房地产外),或兼并、承包、租赁、收购我县破产的国有企业、集体企业、乡镇企业的,从经营之日起,其企业所得税实行三免二减半。
2、对重点西新办生产、经营型企业或项目,其用水、用电价格在前3年内给予适当优惠;对重点用电量大的商业、服务性企业可按动力用电价格收取。
3、外来投资者来我县兴办企业(除房地产开发外)所需用地,经土地行政管理部门批准,可以通过依法出让、租用和 以土地合资入股方式取得土地使用权。
4、外来投资者在我县购买企业有形资产、工业产权、非专利技术 或受让国有土地使用权的,经有关部门批准可缩短固定资产的折旧年限。
5、凡来我县投资的外来投资者,在其子女就学、建房用地、购房等方面享受县城居民的同等待遇。
6、外来投资企业凡每年上交税金(本县所得的)30—50万元的,奖励3000—
5000元;51—100万元的,奖励10000—15000元;101—300万元的,奖励20000
—25000元;30 —500万元的,奖励30000—40000元;501万元以上的,奖励
50000元。
Preferential politicies
Ⅰ.For the enterprise newly set up(Except real estate)in Zhijiang country,
or annex、contract、lease、purchase the bankrupt state-owned、
collective、private enterprise, be exempt form income tax for three years
from the first management year amd allowed a 50% reduction in the
fourth to fifth year.
Ⅱ.It can give a proper preferential price to the new key production or
management enterprise or project at the first three years. It also can give
a motive electric price to the new key business and service enterpriser
which need more electric power.
Ⅲ.Investors (Except real estate) can apply for needing land by leasing
out、renting and taking as shares after the land management bureau
approved.
Ⅳ.Investor who purchase the tangible assets、industrial propertyright 、
non-patent technology or assign the land using right can short the fixed
capital depreciation years after having been approved.
Ⅴ.The treatment for the investor s children to go to school、buyhouse、
build house can equal to the residents in cities and towns.
Ⅵ.Investor who hand in tax (local tax) RMB 0.3-0.5 million can get
bonus RMB 3000-5000,hand in tax RMB 0.51-1million can get bonus
RMB 10000-15000, hand in tax RMB 1.01-3million can get bonus RMB
20000-25000,hand in tax RMB 3.01-5million can get bonus RMB 30000-
40000,hand in tax RMB more than 5.01million can get bonus RMB
50000.
